Annual Membership Dues

Beverly Beach Association membership dues are due annually. Dues help fund beach beautification, maintenance, insurance, and Association administrative needs. By paying your dues, you’re supporting a well-maintained and safe beach for everyone to enjoy.

Please submit your dues payment on time.

Delinquent dues could result in a lien placed on your property

Are there fees for late payment?

Yes - payments made after the due date noted on your dues notice are subject to late fees

What do dues go towards?

Dues are used for

Landscaping and maintenance of common areas, including the entrance and "triangle" (at the fork of Soundview and Beverly), beach parking lot, stairs, and bulkhead.
Printing, mailing and post office box fees.
The Association carries a $2 million liability insurance policy, which covers all common areas. All residents have deeded access to common areas and are legally liable and responsible for them.

What happens if I don't pay my dues?

Our liability insurance protects ONLY members in good standing. If your dues are in arrears, you are not covered and are left open to personal suit if an injured party decides to sue. A lien may be placed on your property if dues are unpaid.
